What investment should I expect for an Elite Luxz Events?
Every Elite Luxz event is custom-designed around your vision, guest experience, event scope, and level of support required. Because no two celebrations are alike, investment levels vary accordingly.

Can my event be completely custom?
Yes. That is not a selling point. It is the only way we work. Every Elite Luxz event is designed from a blank canvas specific to your vision. Nothing is templated or repeated.

Weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate and branded events, private gatherings, and destination experiences. Each category receives the same level of bespoke, founder-led design.
Do you offer partial planning or day-of coordination?
We offer multiple levels of support: full-service planning and design, partial planning, event design only, and day-of coordination. The right level is determined during your private consultation.
What is your pricing structure?

How do you handle private events?
With complete discretion. Events designated as private are never shared publicly without explicit consent. Our portfolio reflects only what clients have approved.
Do you design destination events?
Yes. We design experiences across California and beyond. Destination events are coordinated with the same precision as local engagements.
How far in advance should I inquire?
As early as possible. We accept a limited number of engagements each year, and our calendar fills accordingly. If your event date is approaching, inquire immediately.
What happens after I submit the inquiry form?
Your inquiry is personally reviewed by Zeporia. If your vision aligns with our current availability, you will receive a private response within 48 hours and an invitation to schedule your discovery consultation.
Do you work with outside vendors, or do you have preferred partners?
We source and vet every vendor specific to your event. Zeporia personally evaluates every partner who enters an Elite Luxz event to ensure they meet our standard.
