Travel Requirements: Occasional to moderate business travel may be required based on the position, event calendar, and business needs. Elite Luxz Events will pay or reimburse authorized business travel expenses in accordance with company policy and applicable law. Compensable travel time will be paid in accordance with applicable wage-and-hour requirements.
Part-Time: $19.00/hr. – $23.00/hr.
- Heavy Infrastructure Load-In: Safely unload company delivery trucks and vendor vehicles, transporting staging, trusses, custom backdrops, furniture, and technical equipment into the venue space.
- Structural Assembly: Assemble large-scale production elements, custom wall fabrications, temporary architectural structures, and complex staging according to construction blueprints or digital layouts.
- Spatial Placement: Measure, align, and position heavy furniture, bars, dance floors, and staging units exactly to scale based on the Creative Director’s spatial layout grids.
- Production Striking (Breakdown): Efficiently dismantle and strike heavy structures post-event, moving with high speed and caution to avoid damaging the venue property or Elite Luxz inventory.
- Inventory Packing & Truck Loading: Strategically pack, wrap, clear-wrap, and secure high-value furniture, structures, and lighting gear back into flight cases and transport trucks to maximize spatial efficiency and prevent transit damage.
- Venue Waste & Clear-Out: Ensure the venue is left in pristine condition by managing packing trash, removing production tape, and loading out all raw fabrication debris.

Executive Assistant to the CEO & Creative Director
An Executive Assistant (EA) supporting both the CEO and Creative Director at Elite Luxz Events LLC acts as the ultimate air traffic controller. This hybrid role seamlessly balances the business-driven, strategic growth priorities of the CEO with the high-end creative demands of the Creative Director. Serving as a critical bridge between corporate operations and upscale event production, the EA ensures both leaders stay aligned, organized, and focused on executing flawless, elevated experiences.

- Strategic Calendar Management: Prioritize complex meeting requests, resolve venue-scouting or client-pitch conflicts, and protect the executives' time.
- High-Stakes Client & Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate sponsors, luxury vendors, and creative partners.
- Travel & On-Site Logistics: Coordinate complex multi-city travel itineraries, accommodation bookings, and local transit for off-site event productions.
- Event & Pitch Document Preparation: Format and proofread sensitive RFP responses, event proposals, budget spreadsheets, and visual design pitch decks.
- Internal Communication Alignment: Route production contracts for electronic signature, track internal project deadlines, and distribute prompt meeting minutes.
