ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! After searching for so long for the right event coordinator for my daughter sweet 16 birthday celebration, I found Elite Luxz. We discuss designs and ideas for the party and Zeporia went above and beyond our expectations. From the A to Z every little minor detail was on point!!!
